Fortunately, defrag (DfrgNtfs.exe) is smart enough to
not execute if your HD is not fragmented a lot. Unfortunately, as
Vista puts a lot of stress on the HD, it usually take only some months
until defrag thinks the HD need to be 'cured' ...

one has been triggered in background by the defragmentation process
(DfrgNtfs.exe). PS. Don't worry, I am not going to publish crashdumps
